What we collect

• •Newsletter signups: your email address, the page you signed up from, and your preferred town if you told us.
• •Enquiries: the name, email, phone number and message you send us, plus which venue or page it related to.
• •Analytics: if you accept on our cookie banner, Google Analytics records which pages you visit so we can see what readers find useful. We do not use it to identify you.

Why

To send you the newsletter you asked for, to pass your enquiry to the venue you asked us to contact, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

When you send an enquiry to a venue, we pass it to that venue; that is the point of the form. Beyond that, we do not sell, rent or share your details. We use a small number of processors to run the site (hosting, database and email delivery, plus Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, if you accept analytics cookies), and they act on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Enquiries for as long as we need to handle them and to keep an accurate record, then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe and we honour it immediately. For anything else, use our contact page and we will deal with it within 30 days.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you click Accept on our cookie banner; if you reject, they never load. Your choice is stored in your browser, and you can change your mind at any time with the buttons below or by clearing this site’s stored data. Rejecting removes the Google Analytics cookies already set. Anything else stored in your browser is there to make the site work.
