What we collect

• —Newsletter signups: your email address, the page you signed up from, and your preferred town if you told us.
• —Enquiries: the name, email, phone number and message you send us, plus which venue or page it related to.
• —Analytics: privacy-friendly, aggregate page analytics. We do not use them to identify you.

Why

To send you the newsletter you asked for, to pass your enquiry to the venue you asked us to contact, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

When you send an enquiry to a venue, we pass it to that venue — that is the point of the form. Beyond that, we do not sell, rent or share your details. We use a small number of processors to run the site (hosting, database and email delivery), and they act on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Enquiries for as long as we need to handle them and to keep an accurate record, then we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe and we honour it immediately. For anything else, use our contact page and we will deal with it within 30 days.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Anything stored in your browser is there to make the site work.
